As the milk division of the AGRIAL cooperative group, France-based EURIAL collects traditional and organically farmed cow’s and goat’s milk, which are processed into dairy products and speciality ingredients. Each individual dairy farmer in the cooperative holds shares in the co-op, and lives and works according to the ethical principles espoused by the group including a commitment to sustainability, the cultifation of innovation and entrepreneurship, and an insistence of proximity between farm and consumer.
