Founded in 2004 and based in France. SB BIOTECHNOLOGIES is a subsidiary of Savencia and is focused on creating high-added-value, customized ingredients, cultures and flavors for dairy and dairy-like applications. By combining their strong background in cheese, their deep expertise of biotechnical processes, and their steady commitment to satisfying customers, they are able to deliver tailor-made, efficient and innovative solutions.

Each of the company’s high-quality cultures and great-tasting flavors is made at a state-of-the-art production facility in La Boissière Ecole, where they work in close collaboration with SAVENCIA’s research center. By defining qualifications such as growth rate, gas production and acidifying properties, they are able to produce exceptional cultures, as well as design cultures that comply with vegan requirements, and are Kosher Parve certifiable and non-GMO.
